Leadership
The ministry of Lake Burien Presbyterian Church is sustained by the collective leadership of church staff, elders, and congregational partners in ministry.
The staff of Lake B. play a small role within the ecosystem of the church. Staff are facilitators of relationship, conveners of shared space, and stewards of resources.
The ministry is therefore driven and sustained by a collective sense of ownership held by our congregational partners in collaboration with church staff and ruling elders.
Here, you will find the many individuals who sustain the ministry of Lake B. The ministry does not belong to one or even a few, but rather, to the greater collective.
