Pat Thompson
Pat Thompson was born and raised in White Center, a community just outside the city limits of Seattle, WA. She has 30+ years of experience in urban youth ministry. She co-founded The YES! Foundation of White Center in 2000, a non-profit organization focusing on leadership development while addressing the social, educational, physical, and spiritual needs of White Center children and youth.
Pat's love for and commitment to young people often involves stepping into the hard work of community building and social justice. As the Executive Director of YES!, Pat is passionate about cross-generational relationships and God. She loves a good story, has more questions than answers, and counts laughter as one of her core values.
